Have you been gaming too much? Or have you simply had a long day at the office? Looking tired at work is never a good thing, so revitalise your tired eyes with these simple massages.
The Egg Cup
Rub your palms together until they’re warm. Then cup them over your eye sockets, closing your eyes at the same time. While in the warm, soothing darkness, try to empty your mind. This exercise soothes your eyes as well as your mind.

The Nose Pinch
You know what your mother does when she’s frustrated? With two fingers you’re comfortable with, pinch the bridge of your nose and move it up and down. This is an especially good exercise for people who wear glasses.

The Eyebrow Arch
You’re not really supposed to massage your eyebrows. Instead, aim for the point just below your eyebrows and above your eye sockets, right where the brow bone is. You can either make binoculars with your hands and use the joints of your index fingers to rub the point, or you can use the tips of your index fingers.
Look at me, I’m cute!
This massage is similar to what cosplayers do when they’re taking photos. Instead of putting a finger in your cheek, put your index and forefingers on either side of your nose. Remove your forefinger, but leave your index fingers in place. Start moving them in small circles.
The Prayer
Put the tips of your thumbs in the groove below where your eyebrows start. Place the rest of your fingers on your forehead for leverage, then start moving your thumbs in small circles, applying light pressure.
